The F4U-1D Corsair was a fighter-bomber that served in WWII to the Korean War. About 12.5 thousand aircraft were produced between 1942-1953. There are many variations of the standard F4U. The payload is HAVR Rockets ×8 and Napalm Bombs ×2. The controls are the same as the previous version. Since the Corsair has no afterburner, I have added gun smoke. For those who want to use it for the WWII challenges just remove the VTOL engine behind the canopy. The only added Activation Group are #3 which raises
the wings with trim and #5 which launches the rockets.
