Overview
The RSS Montréalé/Montreale, named after the city in the Spinnish region of Cant-uh-duh, is the biggest naval project ever pursued in KE-RP. With a development period that lasted 9 years and a testing period of 4 years, the overall length of the project was 13 years! Originally designed in 1954 under the guidance of then president Frangusto Fiasco, the original idea was to create a heavy cruiser in the image of the RSS Zaragoza battleship/super cruiser. It ended up becoming a guided missile cruiser armed to the teeth with 32 MRASM-15 guided missiles, two 155mm Multirole cannons, four AA defense turrets equipped with rotary guns and high fire rate cannons, and 48 close-mid range missiles on four separate AA modules (credits to builder @Morsele). It is one of the largest ships in the Spinnish Armada and packs many versatile roles. It can serve as a main escort for carrier strike forces, can escort convoys, serve as a helicopter platform with two helipads + 1 hangar and room for three helicopters at full capacity. The entire aft section serves as a flight control deck for the helicopters, and its own air traffic controllers housed in the small tower above the hangar. The mid section is where the propulsion system exhaust is released via the large funnel system. Furthermore it houses the lifeboats and cranes used for unloading said lifeboats, and the bulky area near the lifeboats is the onboard hospital bay. Forward to that is the main superstructure. At the very top behind the three largest radomes is the bridge. With two stairways leading up to the structure, it provides a very clear and near 360º view of the surrounding area. Below that in the windowless area is the secondary mess hall for the top brass aboard the ship. Moving a little forward to the next bridge area is the radar operating room. This is where the advanced six-panel radar above is located. This radar system is very complex and high maintenance with Monarch Missile Company only producing 6 units of such radar systems annually. Here is where they also have the operators for remotely controlling the AA turrets (both missile and gun systems). And just below that is the massive room for the communications network, computers for calculating the ballistic trajectory of each MRASM-15 salvo, and the respective operators for each system. And the forward section contains the anchor system, 155mm main naval cannons for closer threats, and the rest of the deck must be mostly empty for the massive anchor system to function properly.

The planned debut of the RSS Montreale was in 1961, however that date was pushed back 7 years to 1968 after president Montesa’s push for less annual funding for the project and cost overruns. Originally, 30 units were planned for construction, however it is confirmed that only 15 will be built.

Holy crap
This is the most beautiful ship I have seen in a while
If I could give more upvotes I would do it without a second thought
This needs more upvotes, amazing work. What a beautiful ship!
The fact that this was built on ios at all is just amazing.
Great job.
I’m on iOS, and its at the point where it’s getting too laggy for me to fix the biggest flaws, so I give you my most sincere apologies.
If you want to be tagged on future builds, please go [here]
@B1
It's just to peak frfr
@TheRLAF fr
@B1
Remove the whole boat while you're at it too why don'tcha?
But srsly a mobile friendly version of ts is dead@ss impossible
Plz keep it in its 4⁶⁷ part cost beauty
@TheRLAF if i create a mobile friendly version id need to remove the weapons, masts, windows, railings, ladders, and mid section
@B1
My phone dead@ss gonna explode
@TheRLAF uhhhhhhhhh
iPad shouldn’t be able to run smth this massive tbh 😭
@B1
Damn
Also
TEN THOUSAND PERFORMANCE COST WHAT THE FUUUUUU
Wait i realized i didnt tag u @TheRLAF , I noticed this comment section was missing ur vibe lmao
@CalebRepublic well it looks like you haven’t posted for 2 years, so if you start posting again you can start gaining points. Just it takes me like 2 or 3 months to make one craft, while I do about 3 at the same time. These are my projects right now:
MDC “Toro” IFV — priority
GB-14 “Trueno” Fighter bomber — priority
MM-4B (moon rocket) — priority, started today
International destroyer (celestia & spin) — TBD
And yeah idk
What im trying to say is, take your time with it and put care into how you present it. An eye catching thumbnail on a well detailed and well made post will yield a lot of upvotes, trust me. Took me four months to make my highest rated plane
@B1 haha, well, ur “unpopular” ones garner more upvotes than my best build. However, that is most likely because your builds actually deserve those upvotes.
@M109simp thank you, everyone is saying that!
@B1 it shorible
@CalebRepublic thank you, my ships and tanks are never really that popular, only averaging about 30-something upvotes, compared to my planes which average 45-50 upvotes. All that matters to me is that you guys enjoy it, hence my finishing “Enjoy!” at the end of the descriptions!
@LettuceRob119 yes i can!
@TheMouse thank you, idek how I can run these builds tbh 😅
@avDude4 😭
Hey can you make a VSC — RSS Montréalé Heavy Guided Missile Cruiser? I think itd be really cool if you did 👉👈🥺
@B1 I have a 2015 I pad,
The plane I’m making has 200 parts, I have to got to low everything juste to get 14 fps
@SimplyElegant ok, expect deliveries from 1971-1973
@avDude4 2 year old iPad Air, sometimes slow so idk who tf it thinks it is
