a replica of the Slingsby T.56 (S.E.5A replica) seen in movies like the blue max, von richthofen and brown, zeppelin, darling lili and others. IMPDB information: The Slingsby T.56 is a replica of the Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5A at 0.83 scale. Based on the Currie Wot (designed during the 1930's as a single-seat aerobatic biplane aircraft), six were built in 1967 for Darling Lili. @Franticfan01 If you have time you can see the IMPDB (Internet Plane Movie Database) Page of the Blue Max, in that pages says that the slingsbys appeared in the movie
@Franticfan01 they used it, in some pages that talk about the film says that this specific model was used in the movie also a jacket from the S.E.5A movie star (G-AVOU) says what movies was the aircraft and says "The blue max (1966)"
The slingsbys werent used in blue max as they didn’t exist and my dad has the only flying one left
