Development of this craft started in the early 70s when Rulan military planers realized that their 2 aircraft carriers, the RNS Arugula and her sister ship, the Ravuul, needed too have some sort of aircraft to defend against the increasingly dangerous threat of the Kamchatkan Stealth submarine Fleet, now armed with nuclear torpedoes that could vaporize an aircraft carrier with a single hit. They created a new designation for these planes to, Nicknames RP for “Rula’s patrol” First entering service in 1976, these submarine killers were extremely effective, destroying over 20 submarines and damaging and shooing away hundreds more.
It has the ability to carry either torpedoes or depth charges, depending on it’s specific mission. This version, which was the 5th upgrade, or RP-5, has 6 torpedoes that are terrifyingly effective against enemy subs, as well as electronic warfare abilities, and there’s even an AWACS version that will enter production soon. A staggering total of 20,000 of all the variants combined were produced, making these one of the most produced aircraft ever! (if you read these tell me in the comments)
Owners manual Very important!
To takeoff you should lower the VTOL slider to deploy flaps and then just throttle up. Since it can takeoff from the USS Beast no problemo then I think that it passes the wright isles north runway takeoff requirements in the challenge it’s entered in.
To land on the carrier come in at about the same height as the deck, and activate 1 to deploy the arresting hook. Then, make a not RyanAir touchdown and catch one of the wires to slow yourself down.
Once your own the carrier, you can also fold your wings up! Just activate group 7 and wait a bit until they stop folding. Then, you can drive yourself at like 1 percent throttle onto one of the elevators and store yourself below decks.
Of course, this plane does have 6 torpedoes, which are enough to take out the Beast and one of it’s destroyer escorts, if you can aim well.
And of course, more flares than the number of spiders living in my bathroom (so a lot of flares!)

@MajorMapleLeaf well though I agree. Submarine bomber was not a contract. The Bomber contract was for a medium to heavy long range bomber. You also didn't specify based on the contracts I gave you. So I went with what I thought was closest.
And yes I used flaps

Over all scoring: poor
It uh... cant fly. Yes it does temporarily roll off of bandit Ap... but then falls into the ocean. All in all it needs more engine power. Besides that it does not preform the job of a medium attacker well.
