This thing is really cool once it gets going. VTOL down quickly to reveal the wings. You can drive normally by activating group 1 or if you want to fly, simply activate group 2. Be gentle whilst getting the wings down; they can become stuck. Use the trim slider to open the side doors. When coming in for a landing, I recommend activating group 3 as it extends the wheels to make sure it does not tip over. I hope you enjoy it! I must also mention that the concept of flying vans was also accomplished by @Yaktakalaky which has not been shared.
