Start at Wright final approach, then start the engines up, fly forward until you can lock on to either the USS beast or the destroyers(you can also do USS tiny). Lock on to the ship and then fire the missile, then turn your engines off and let the missile power you. You may still have to steer, make sure to use flares as they will launch missiles at you.
