You should probably scale down the power of the engines. I would recommend increasing the surface area of the vertical stabilizers and maybe deflect them outwards or inwards.
Or maybe less powerful engines
The engines you used were too fast for the wings. They will always break up at high speeds. I suggest getting modded super strong wings.
