I only edited a few things. Firstly, I removed the dummy's helmets (personal preference), smoothed out some of the rough parts, and changed the activation groups a tad bit. Secondly, I changed the wheel style and limited them so the top speed doesn't exceed that of the actual Humvee (70mph, 113km/h). Lastly, I made the turret controllable by camera movement (use the "gunner" camera view and just pan around).

Activation Groups:

Activate 1 = Headlights
Activate 2 = Hazard Lights/Blinkers
Activate 4 = Trunk
Activate 5 = Doors
"Gunner" Camera for Turret Control
