Started as a project in 1944 to counter the Germans heavy tanks such as tiger and jagdtiger the T-3.2 Charger is a medium tank with heavy armor. First being tested in 1945 it got approved by the end of the war and was put into production. They were used through the Cold War until 1978 when they were retired. 3000 of these were built including some variants.
