STM4B is a medium tank made by Malei

Development History

In 1953,a new tank was proposed to the Malei's Ministry of Defense. It have a new 90mm gun which have higher velocity than the old gun mounted on the STM2,a new rounded turret,and a larger hull. Work on the tank starts as soon as it was proposed and the prototype was finished in 1954. In 1955 it enter service with the Malei Armed Forces as the STM4.

History

The STM4B were seen as a massive upgrade. It has a new firing control and also nightvision sights for both commander and driver. The 90mm gun has its new Sabot rounds with can penetrate thicker armour,and it's infantry support was great.
