HMCS Max Bernays (AOPV 432)
Harry DeWolf-class Arctic & Offshore Patrol Vessel

HMCS Max Bernays is a Harry DeWolf-class Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship designed for long-range patrol, Arctic operations, and offshore presence. Built to operate in harsh northern environments, she features an ice-strengthened hull, a large flight deck, mission bay, and flexible launch systems for boats and auxiliary equipment.

This build has a mid-range part count at around 600 parts, making it mobile-friendly and stable across all platforms. It features functional lifeboats, a working BAE Mk 38 naval gun, realistic rolling when turning, and detailed shaping that stays close to the real vessel’s appearance.

Notes

The bow may look slightly messy in some areas. Due to SimplePlanes physics and part limitations, achieving the exact real-life hull flare is extremely difficult. Hollow fuselage parts were used for shaping, so minor shading artifacts may be visible.
