During the 1950's, Britain pursued the development of Super Sonic Jet Bombers to replace the ageing Canberras, but was eventually scrapped with the bomber fleet being replaced with the V-Bombers. However in the 1970's, a secret war raged in Africa, and the Royal Air Force developed an aircraft capable of ditching a small-medium amount of ordnance on enemy positions, and zooming away at supersonic speeds.
