Twin Prop - Modified V7 - FINAL VERSION

341 RaddieB  2.2 years ago
Auto Credit Based on RaddieB's Twin Prop - Modified V6

My modified Twin Prop aircraft.

CHANGELOG:
- T3000 Engines rotated to a vertical orientation (V6 had it rotated 90 degrees)
- Engine assembly modified
- Landing gear slightly modified
- Flaps modified to accommodate longer engine structure
A modified version of Jundroo's Twin Prop. Has a cockpit.
Controls:
AG1 = Left Engine
AG2 = Right Engine
AG3 = Strobe lights
AG4 = NAV and Beacon lights
AG5 = Arresting hook (for when you wanna land on a carrier)
AG6 = Landing Lights
AG7 + Trim = Foldable winglets
Trim (without AG7) = Trim
VTOL = Flaps
Regular flight controls

Notes:
Takeoff Speed (with 50% Flaps): 180-190 knots
Landing speed (50% Flaps, 10% Throttle): 90-110 knots
If you turn on AG7 and set winglets (drag trim UP) then turn off AG7, the winglets will stay in that position and then you can safely reset trim.
Landing gear will create drag like it is supposed to.
Installed air brakes are powerful
I worked REALLY hard on this from V1 to 7, modifying the cockpit/cabin was slightly hard, however modifying the engines for this version, so that it at least works and looks good, was a good long process.

    @RaddieB I love this plane in every variation you have made. The only thing I changed in the version I saved for myself had to do with the aircraft's ability to turn. When I moved the yoke to the right or left then pulled back to make the aircraft bank and turn, it would not turn very well. Here is how I fixed this. I reshaped the control surface by extending the control surface 1 click wider towards the fuselage, Then 2 clicks (long ?) towards the front of the aircraft. Now it turns beautiful . That fact that you got no upvote on this plane is criminal. It's a wonderful aircraft. Z
