U-2 Spy Plane

This plane was used to spy on other country's. with its 80ft wingspan this craft could go to about 70,000 ft. this plane is still used today for various unknown reasons. (probably spying...) this is a really interesting plane I first heard of when I watched Bridge of Spys (which I highly recommend you watch. enjoy this plane. (it's also a fantastic glider.)

    @TheDerpyDude Did you know that in 2015 lockheed martin announced thay would be making a third major variant of the u-2, (they named it the TR-X) it would combine the features of the RQ-4 Global Hawk, and the classic u-2. It would have the option of being unmanned

    @Ezri yeah I did I think I saw one...literally one picture. But it's hard to tell if it was it. I compared it to an f 104

    @TheDerpyDude well, yeah, just trying to make conversation. And having googled it here are my reselts (:

    The u-2 prototype did have an f-104 fuselage, and had extra long wings bolted on to it. The actual aircraft, however had a different fuselage.

    @Supercraft888 yeah I had to slightly cover the intakes. If you have too much thrust with these gargantuan wings. It would constantly fly up.
