Auto Credit Based on Feanor's A-15NG
The Q-7-100 short range freighter features an "upgraded" cockpit with a side-stick and a gear lever...at the back of the cockpit.
Also, it is totally not a slightly more advanced A-15.
Some stuff: After takeoff, let the aircraft climb on its own. It should be able to climb all the way to 30000ft on its own without any input.
