This is probably one the least practical monitor designs possible.


its almost as if some navy was building a super battleship before realising that it couldn't afford it. So they used old steam engines that have less power than those on the USS Iowa. And the ship was shortened. And the crane is from a cargo ship.

    @ThomasRoderick It is mainly used as a support ship, so the crane is used to lift equipment out of the cargo hold to be picked up by the helicopter.
