The Tamaraw-5 RHTX-II is the United Maharlika Republic’s premier 5th generation main battle tank, developed after the WW3 as an evolution of the earlier Tamaraw-4 RHTX.It features a hybrid composite armor made from diamond-infused tungsten-steel and nanoceramic layers, capable of withstanding hypersonic penetrators. The tank is armed with a 135mm hypervelocity cannon, compatible with both smart kinetic rounds and hypersonic anti-armor shells.Powered by a liquid-cooled turboelectric engine and protected by an Active Protection System (APS-II “Bakunawa”), it can intercept incoming ATGMs and drones. Advanced AI-assisted targeting and infra-red stealth coating make it one of the deadliest tanks of the 2030s.
