Acts just like a regular hydrofoil. Once fast enough pull VTOL down and th boat will rise out of the water but still touch it and double its speed. Sorry about the horrible turning radius but even with it it still flips out of control. (Roll comtrols)
NERDY INFO: the reason it doubles its speed is the hydrofoil acts like a wing or flap underwater pushing the water out from under it because of its slant and high speed causeing it to raise the main body out of the water and therefore reducing the friction between the water and the boat.
