M-BAT UAS V1.0 Controls 1- Enables Gyro (Pitch, Roll, Yaw) for take-off and landing only (must be disabled in order to transition for forward flight) 2- Enables Gryo (Pitch, Yaw) for forward flight only (must be disabled in order to transition back to vertical flight) 3- Enables wingtip jet engines (used to increased thrust for take-off/landing with weapons on-board, or when during flight) 4- Nothing 5- Nothing 6- Nothing 7 - Emergency parachute 8- Formation lights on/off Take-off Activate 1 (Gyro1) and 3 (Jet Engines) Increase power to 100% Wait until you exceed 60mph Deactivate 1 (Gryo) and Activate 2 (Gyro 2) Aircraft will automatically transition into forward flight Flight Watch out for dynamic stall below 200mph in tight turns, this will result in complete loss of control. If this happens transition back to vertical flight and perfrom the same procedures as for take-off. Landing If carrying weapons keep jet engines running. Approach the landing area and then deactive gryo 2 and activate gyro 1. The aircraft will automatically transition into vertical flight. Maintain at least 50& thrust then gradually reduce to control the descent. If your rate of descent is too high increase power or activate 7 (parachute) Upon touchdown lower throttle to 0%.
