Can reach 50,000 feet
Can land and take off from water
Can land and then take off from USS tiny
RULES
All entries to be as a successor to this one.
VTOL is optional but if used thrust may only be used horizontally.
No modified parts
I'll rate entries as my points allow, make em look good :)
Will run to say 20th June?
