I decided I will make a carrier version of this.It has some buoyancy to recover form water crashes.
Controls:-
AG-1 : deploy stands . These will come out below the engines and hold the plane in place.
AG-2-3-4 to dump payload.
6 to open parachute
7 for landing lights
