Yeah,it's finished.Comes with a modded Vtol engine (1.5x,I guess) and modded nozzles (BLUE FIRE?).Activate group 1 and 7,throttle up to 10% and in mid-air pull back the Vtol controls.Once you do that,wait until it gets to 900 mph,and throttle to 25%.WARNING:Do not accelerate too fast or more than 25% because the plane cannot resist more than 1800 mph.
