Auto Credit Based on Snargles's B-52H STRATOFORTRESS REVISIT
The YB-52F is a B-52 variant designed as a heavy interceptor during Cold War. It can be fit with many, many missiles, including 4 at the back for defensive at the rear aswell.
It is intended to be fast, agile, and be able to handle much.
It may defend against bombers, or act as bit of a fighter.
It is informally called the “Worrywart” by the aircraft operators and the public.
Many changes were made, including slightly different wings and radome.
It was technically viable, however the modifications were too complicated for mass production.
No further airframes was authorized.
