the Neon Tetra (Paracheirodon innesi) is a Characin (Tetras, Piranhas, etc) that reaches 3-4cm. they are commonly found in pet shops and are native to Amazonia. must be kept in groups of at least 6, and a tank size of at least 20 US Gallons. they need a pH of 5.5-7.8 but prefer 6.5 to 7. they need soft water, and a temperature of 22-26 celsius (72-78(?) farenheit). BUILD INFORMATION: wont move unless spawned in air, yaw to move Caudal Fin area (tail side to side). i reccommend putting full power on Yeager Final Approach, go into Chase View, turn the camera to show from the side, and pushing joystick forward/holding W and when you plummet into the sea the fish will dive and then slowly surface and itll look like a tetra slowly rising to the surface.
