@sofa2425 oh and the skyly d is from the game and doesnt uses a radial engine too. its a devil in the details until i saw a doku about the fw 190 i didnt know that the jumo 211 and its sucessor the jumo 213 (the engines of the junkers 88 and the fw 190 d) werent radial engines.

@sofa2425 the skyly doesnt use a radial angine and it is based two british planes (one of them is clearly the sea wyvern) and the big nothes on the engine upperside could be inspired by a spitfire but like i said: the skyly j2 didnt use a radial engine. by the way i have a the sky crawlers challenge up and running it ends on february first.

@Irobert55 @Strikefighter04 Wasn't trying to be super accurate. The nose gun is just something i put in as an homage to a plane from the anime sky crawlers, called the Skyly D. Which i find similar in appearance to the fw-190, but mixed with a F4u corsair . But like i said wasn't trying to be super accurate.

@Strikefighter04 i did my homework. the problem with this weapon mounting is that the drive shaft is the barrel of the heavy cannon and form this reason the engine has tobe mounted under or over the shaft and now how could you do this and why would it work witha fw ta152 but not the iconic fw190. ok the fw ta152 had the engine jumo 213 and that is a block shaped engine with a big, round cooler and its established that this engine wil work so back to topic. how could we mount a drive shaft cannon into a 190: you must make the engine compartment significantly larger so that you can fit the gun in and now you need a trans mission that delivers the engine power to the propeller and heres the why the fw190 never get this treatment: it was to short (ohentli i thought that the fw ta 152 had a radial engine too).

@Strikefighter04 so i am back from fact cheking: the version that used the ju 88 engines was the fw 190 d and this would be the only version on wich you can miount a drive shaft gun.

@Strikefighter04 sorry but this is impossible. the bf 109 used a v engine but the fw 190 used a radial engine and you cant mount a drive shaft cannon into a radial engine plane (otherwise the engine would be in the way and i know there was a version that used the engines of a ju 88 and they were fitting for such weapon but this version was never realy finished).

To me, the fuselage behind the cockpit too short, so I would call it an Fw-190. Great work!
