A11 Multirole Jet Reconnaisance Fighter

3,419 stevemc01  2.4 years ago

This multi-stage-after-burner-equipped, adjustable wing, versatile fighter was commissioned by the newly independent National Force of Rasonia (or just Rasonia) in air defense. The aircraft was commissioned within 4 months due to the absolutely crushing situation following the aircraft’s launch (which meant the designers couldn’t really focus on the landing gear aspect of the construction, which made landings very hard). The A11 would serve with Rasonia for 5 years before being used as a base for a new Generation II fighter jet.

This aircraft flies pretty decently well (though landings, as stated, will be bs hard).

This took too long to test and eventually drop as a proper post. The aircraft itself was run through SEVEN different prototypes and sub-designs before I finally settled on this build.
