Pitch controls are sluggish at low speed but highly reactive at 1500+ mph. Roll controls are opposite; reactive at low speed and sluggish at high speed.
Due to the all flying tail, aircraft burns speed easily during manoeuvres, and becomes hard to control at speeds less than 400 mph
