The Federal Postal Services of Kosoria had a problem. Kosoria consists of the Mainland Territory, the Tarbopu Islands and the Isatanz Archipelago. With the faraway territories, the only way to deliver something from a major city to somewhere in the Archipelagos is by air. The problem is, in the Archipelagos, there isn't much flat area to build an airport on or land something. (Sure helicopters exists but let's forget that.) These islands have well paved out roads and dirt strips for cars. So, FedPost asked Saturn Automobiles to make a flying truck. "Nope, we build cars and trucks not planes. You can ask Saturn Aviation though." So they did. The end result was the SA-Lowblow, a VTOL powered flying truck, equipped with a Delta configuration. Topping out at about 160 knots (185 mph), the truck is slow in aviation standards but is really fast for a truck on ground. THIS IS NOT FOR THE CHALLENGE!
