Anyways here's the lower part version, reduced it but not by much I just felt that a performance cost of 2000 was a bit high.

There are a few improvements:

Speed bleed adjusted though it still can pull 13-14Gs, if you keep 9-10Gs you can just about maintain your speed above 1000km/h, minor improvements here and there it should better than the main one.

Another issue was how unstable the Roll was turned out it was the flaperons so I basically just removed Roll control on them (though unrealistic i couldn't find the cause so I decided this was better)

Nose gear used to cause weird bump when retracting, a part still had collision turned on, 'twas an easy fix.

Speed limiter was a bit too sudden so I reduced the output on the airbrake and increased the range of effect it should slow down less suddenly when approaching the rated IAS limit.

Controls are still the same.
