Mitsubishi Type 96 A5M1 ‘Claude’

24.4k Mikan  5.0 years ago

A new version has been made with improved performance, too lazy to publish now but eventually I’ll go and publish all updated aircrafts.

History
The Mitsubishi A5M was the first ever carrier full metal, low wing and monoplane to enter service in the world. It also achieved an incredible feat in performance which even surprised the Imperial Navy. The aircraft was introduced in 1936 and would serve until it’s eventual successor, the A6M Zero, designed by the same Jiro Horikoshi.

Variants
A5M2

Note
This was hell, there were only side prints and none of them agreed with each other. Had to readjust the whole plane three times for scaling error.

Assists
Thanks to Deidara for providing the engine. And as always, Bogan for providing the xml guns.
