This is a speed boat. The wings are there because it hydroplanes! That increases the speed by decreasing the drag. Obviously you start this in the water. Also there is a test raft you can shoot at. Instructions: use VTOL to look around to the sides and throttle to look up. Use pitch up for throttle and down for brake. Roll is turn. Enjoy!
