I reduced the lift scale on the Stabilizers (Or back wings) and made them bigger.

flatten out the nose, thin put the tail a bit, make it square like a WW1 plane, maybe put some stabilizers on the tail

I tried to play with the rear wings enlarged and when I tried to fly it flew but I felt that the power of the propeller engine was not enough.
