The VCS Penemaster 10 is a modernized version of the ACA P-10. It features the 8 port rotor and stator from the P-15 and is powered by a dual shaft 10 HP BDC motor. The siren outputs 125 db @ 100 ft, and can be heard up to 4500 ft away. The rotator mechanism is belt driven by the same motor as the chopper, although prototypes had an individually powered rotator. Early VCS Penemasters had shrouds that projected the sound forwards similar to the RM-130, but they were later removed to save costs.
