Also the wings have not been put on it.
The wings won’t work because of the com and cot intersecting. So it won’t fly but run around in circles or goes in for a nose dive.

Perhaps if you explain what you’re trying to acheave?
I'm not quite sure what you want fixed.
It's not standing upright because it is only on two landing gear, you can fix that by adding more gear, or a gyroscope.
If it's the sideways cockpits, you can fix that by moving the cockpit over the centerline.
Or is it something else?
