Formula 1 Car with those prop engine sounds. Optimized for game version 1.12.2
Several several months ago, I made this thing but never published it. After some tweaking, I decided to post this.
4.2 Years ago, someone made a video about a racecar with realistic engine sounds. https://www.simpleplanes.com/Videos/View/1406671/Little-Revelations-Actual-Racecar-engine-noises
In it it showed a racecar with the single bladed propeller making high pitched sounds. The problem is, the pitch gets higher when turning, so I figured out a way to make it pitch up only when the speed of the formula 1 car is going up, and that the propeller's pitch is controllable.
I successfully made realistic car sounds, but the problem is: there is still alotta smoothing on the propeller engines. Trying to remove the smoothing (like setting the throttleResponse to 0 on jet engines) is impossible. I can't fix it. Only with mods can I fix this issue.
Another problem is that the prop engines are very VERY fragile, so handle with care and race only on a flat surface.
Well, that's it for this post.

That's a pretty neat build and the sound makes it even better!
I wonder how you bypassed the propeller overspeed thing. Do you intend to make a tutorial on that?
