This is pretty self explanatory, I looked in the files and found the "data" myself. the most highest engine at the very left, has about 100 torque, which a jet engine has 1. then the next engine to the right of it is 85. Each engine to the right minuses 15, so the one furthest right has 5 torque, which is equivalent torque as a jet engine.
The fuel is basically the same thing, the fuel to the left, the highest has 10,000 gallons of fuel, then the one next to it has 7,500 than minus about 2,500 each one to the right.
