After lots of procra- work i finally finished the launcher and made a few tweaks/adjustments.
Launch sequence:
1. Aim: trim and vtol
2. Throttle to 100%
3. Wait 3-5 seconds
4. Activate ag:1
5. Apply controls accordingly
