The new profect of the reck team that focus on sea expedition and defence has brought this massive tons weight of steel to be build as the first helicopter carrier it was designed to be an aircraft carrier with length of 800 meter but there likely to be no time to finished it and the HC-01 was born...this ship can deploy helicopters for scouting, also let others to land. The project seems pretty good since the first time the ship is on service
