Credit to Itamar3553 for the AA Turret on top of the superstructure. This is my first ship, and it handles well until you steer all the way in one direction, then the physics get angry and decide to put it in a very bad spin. Story: The first of its class, this destroyer was built just to shoot down aircraft and carry small amounts of cargo to various places. It was shortlived because of its very specific use.

@ThunderscreechEngineering It turns and moves slowly, and is an excellent base for future builds. You could build this destroyer into a battleship, with a bit more thrust. That's your call.
@Stingray Thanks, all I did is see if it went forward and turn, I had a limited time span on building this. It took me about an hour to get it to work and post.
