Auto Credit Based on ShiptyTheLucario's Curtiss SOC Seagull- Hydroplane Scout
so the original creator I forgot the name (look the credit) apparently have asked for an actual floating Soc Seagull, and now I already make it, so here it is, a fully functional floating Soc Seagull, ag1 for engine, ag2 for reverse (this thing had no drag, as drag stop this thing from taking off water), and it can be launched from the catapult safely, so, enjoy :)
