The Hornet Ho-229 is a german Flying wing plane,first flight in 1944 this plane have a unique design for the time a tail-less jet powered wing plane originaly made for bomber role it was switched for fighter whit 2 30mm canons for destroyng allied bombers,the plane remained a prototype due to difficult build also due to allied advancing fast and the bombing of the hornt factory so the project was scrapped and today 1 plane remained locate in the National Air and Space Museum,USA
