It's not really a hovercraft because it has wheels but it can go from land to water as long as you go slow and the same goes for from the water the Scatter bomb shooter thing on the side can be used by pressing group 1 and to detach it from the hovercraft press group 2 (I wouldn't recommend using it on land unless you really like big explosions and destroying hovercrafts) I'm sure you can figure the rest out for yourselves...
