The EF-103 Electro Bat is an all-weather, high-altitude, semi-strategic, heavy reconnaissance fighter developed by Dassault. It can do SIGNT, ELINT, or any version of electronic intelligence. The EF-103H is the single seat ELINT version mainly used by the Royal Selata Air Force. All variants comes with conformal fuel tanks, with an external fuel tank optional, but because of this the minimum takeoff and landing speed is around 180 mph, which is why a drogue shoot is present.

In 1985, the EH-103H was chosen by the Royal Selata Air Force to replace their aging RF-100 Super Sabers. The EH-103Hs were assigned to the No. 44 Surveillance Squadron based in Clønia Air Base. They first saw service in 1990 during the early stages of the Gulf War, which was between a 56 nation coalition and the Federal Republic of Nelvia (my world’s version of Iraq), and they provided ELINT service near Nelvia’s borders, 1 nearly getting shot down in the process. The EF-103Hs continue to be in service with the Royal Selata Air Force and other air forces around the globe.
