VTOL lever controls VTOL thrust, Trim controls VTOL nozzles, trim and flaps. Thrust controls main engine power. How to fly, for take-off, use maximun trim up withe the right lever down, and acelerate slowly with the left VTOL lever up. Landing gear up, and apply main engine power to maximun, return trim to zero slowly to keep the nose level. For Landing, cut the main engine power, and apply brakes, display landing gear below 300knots, use the trim to keep nose level, under 150knots apply VTOL power to keep a stable pitch, and continue using brakes to reduce speed.
