PX stands for Presidential Express. The plane is a updated version with better defense features and stuff. And yes this is for the U.S.L. in the Novaran RP.
Lore
After the Presidential Express (1) crashed, the need for a new one was urgent. LockMartin decided to put features to prevent this one from being shot down. It is capable of supersonic speeds, and has 2 turrets to protect itself from missiles and enemy's.
