Yeah the fine tuner should do the trick but when it’s done it might be a little bit unbalanced so you might have to adjust some fuselage.
@Zokowi you shouldn't multi-select all the parts at once. You need to uncheck the box that says "scale selected parts only". Then type in whatever value you want and bam.
