i am way overdue in making this... this is the van that the Federal Signalers use to drive around milwaukee. it was originally bought in a scrap yard in rough shape, and later refurbished to fully working condition. unfortunately thunderbolt couldn't find a steering wheel so he ended up making a system that allows the van to be operated by a controller (spoiler: they will crash soon)
