Asymmetrical, slightly armed and sporting an engine at an unusual angle the Simmental represents an experiment in the more unique ends of aircraft design… something I already took to the extreme with the Windjammer. Regardless it is a remarkably smooth and stable aircraft. Don’t throttle above 40% on takeoff and carefully yaw hard left as you do so.
