Trembling wheel issue is normally caused by when wheel's traction is too high, it takes many tests and fine tuning to solve it. I believe that you can fix it by yourself because it's not technically difficult but just takes time. Set and test the vibrating wheel's traction from 10% to 150% with 10% unit. maybe 70~80% will works fine I think.
