This airplane is great. Looks like a plane that would come out of Infinite Flight Simulator.
why do the wheels of the plane keep turning even though it's in a stopped state, they will shake the fuselage continuously

Sure, but the engine here is the V2500 can’t you tell? And some a321s do have this kind of winglets.
